A2: Sure, we can do custom logo in silk screen and hot stamp print(MOQ 500PCS). Embossed logo is also available.
Q3: Do you make custom color bottle and cap?
A3: Yes. Spray color is a common way to make custom color within small quantity(10K). Solid custom color demands large quantity(300-500K).
Q4: Can you produce according to our design on bottles and tubes?
A4: Sure, we can make custom shape and design items based on customer's requirements. And we make samples before mass production to confirm with our clients.
Q5: What is your lead time?
A5: We send out in 1-3 days for our stocks. For customized products, it usually takes 20-23 days to finish.
Q6: What if the products are broken when it reaches to me?
A6: The goods will go thought strict QC and be packed well before shipping. If products are broken when received, please take photos and videos at first place in 15 days, then contact our after-sales team. We will give you a reasonable solution.
